We love how Louis Vuitton keeps reimagining their iconic monogram flower in new and interesting ways. We’ve already seen a number of watches that feature the four petaled flower, but LV has managed to keep things fresh with their new collection titled Blossom. The collection includes a number of watch styles in two colors each: blue and pink.
The flowers in the center of the watches have been carved in 3d from a single piece of mother-of-pearl using the techniques that are applied to the creation of cameos. The flowers are then painted in different shades of pink and blue for an ombré effect.
But the eye catching mother-of-pearl design is not the only notable detail on the watches, they are also decked out in diamonds. The Tambour Spin Time and Tambour Monogram Tourbillon feature diamond paved dials while other designs are more subtle, with diamonds at the indices and bezel.
On the dial of the Tambour Monogram Tourbillon, one petal of the mother-of-pearl flower has been replaced with the flower-shaped cage of the tourbillon while the Tambour Spin Time includes a complicated movement that lets the wearer tell the time by referring to the rotating diamond-studded cubes placed at the indices. Each watch is completed by an alligator strap.
