Bucherer opens its largest flagship store in Paris

Paris now has luxuries finest under one mega-roof! One of the world’s fashion capitals gets its own massive 2,200 square meter luxury watch and fine jewelry boutique as Bucherer opens its largest flagship store in the French city. Situated in the location of Old England store, this three-storied building will house a number of other renowned brands other than Carl F Bucherer’s own line. This first floor will host the most important of the Richemont Group brands including Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Montblanc, Chopard, IWC, Baume & Mercier, and Van CLeef & Arpels among other brands like Blancpain and Longines. The mega store will also house celebrated Swiss labels, Girard-Perregaux and Zenith. Modern brands like Tissot, Swiss B, Mido, Oris and Rado will set shop in the basement.

The décor of this massive flag store is very chic and clean with its grey minimalistic design quite the opposite to the exterior of the store, which holds a vintage historical front. Artist Valeria Nascimento has used suspended ceramic fixtures resembling white petals to create an inviting and warm, dreamy light. The renovation was done in collaboration with the Paris Office of Architecture and Historic Preservation, given the place’s past.
The store will also double as Bucherer’s watch and jewelry workshop with a team of trained artists.
