After luxury brands like Bentley, Aston Martin, and Porsche, Bugatti has become the latest high-end automobile manufacturer to venture into the real estate game. The Molsheim-based French hypercar maker has announced its first-ever real estate project, an uber-luxurious residential tower in the heart of Dubai, which will be created in collaboration with leading Emirati property development company Binghatti. The design of the Bugatti Residences tower will be revealed on May 24 and the company has only revealed a teaser image in which it’s hidden under a veil like a soon-to-be-unveiled automobile. Bugatti says it is an architectural masterpiece inspired by the brand’s legendary design DNA and philosophy of “Art, Forme, Technique.”
Mate Rimac, Bugatti Rimac CEO, said: “It almost seems like fate for our two companies to have come together. We share a vision of what a Bugatti branded residence should be. Muhammad Binghatti has a profound appreciation for the world of automotive design and luxury as well as a talent for creating iconic architecture. With this partnership, we will follow the words of Ettore Bugatti: ‘If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti’.”
Bugatti’s first real estate project is said to be driven by expert craftsmanship and its “impeccable heritage as a French luxury brand.” The Bugatti Residences developed by Binghatti will mirror the serenity of the French Riviera in the heart of Dubai, creating an oasis of timeless “Art de Vivre” within the bustling city. “When you open the door of a Bugatti and sit inside, you know instantly that it’s very special; something truly incomparable,” said Muhammad Binghatti, the CEO of Binghatti. “Only a select few will have the opportunity to experience this, and with Bugatti Residences, we wanted to translate this feeling into a highly exclusive retreat in the heart of the metropolis.” The Bugatti Residences will be launched on May 24 at an event hosted at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
