Hermès to unveil their new furniture line


The French luxury design house Hermès, have added another notch to their belt. They will be unveiling their first-ever furniture collection at Milan’s International Furniture Show, Salone del Mobili, which will run from April 12-17, 2011. Under the guidance of their Artistic director Pierre-Alexis Dumas they will be offering luxurious furnishings for home and office.

Also read -  Hermès' remarkable rise in 2024 has already been witnessed in the form of record-high share prices. The French luxury house will mark the occasion by giving a 4,000 euro bonus to each of its 22,000 employees worldwide.


In collaboration with other famed designers, namely Enzo Mari, Antonio Citterio, Denis Montel, the furniture collection will be available in select Hermès stores worldwide in Fall. They have also partnered with the Italian textile manufacture Dedar to sell various fabulous upholstery fabrics, wallpapers, and carpets. These will be available under the label Faubourg Italia in May.
