The marquee has brought to the city the award-winning South Indian fine–dining restaurant -Savya Rassa via an exclusive four-day-only pop-up at Saffron, its Indian specialty restaurant.
As part of the Saffron x Savya Rasa experience, connoisseurs can enjoy authentic South Indian delicacies recreated from traditional recipes and devour a range of over 30 dishes including Kozhi Rasam, Poricha Parotta with Paneer Ghee Roast, Neikarampatti Narukattu Gola Urundai, Pacha Masala Meen Fry, Aikora Pollichathu, Nalukettu Kozhi Curry, Chemeen Manga Curry and Kongu Mutton Biryani amongst others.
