German car customization company Mansory, the same guys behind some of the internet’s most controversial luxury car makeovers, has just announced that it’s getting into luxury real estate. Partnering with UAE-based developer Amaal, Mansory will launch its first residential project in Dubai, with villas and luxury apartments spread across four towers.

Considering it’s Mansory we’re talking about, the project is valued at over $490 million. Though going by the images of the residences in question, the design will be far less controversial than the typical Mansory build.

Mansory Residences will rise 48 floors, situated in Mohammed Bin Rashid City as part of the Meydan Horizon plan. It’ll consist of 1-3 bedroom units and eight full-floor penthouses. The luxury residences are slated for completion in 2028, which gives you plenty of time to order a Mansory Rolls-Royce or Lamborghini to go with your swanky new home. Dubai’s real estate market is among the highest valued in the world, so it is no surprise that Mansory is expanding into prime territory.

What sets Mansory Residences apart is the brand’s ethos of bold design, high-quality materials, and attention to detail. Dubai’s millionaires can’t seem to get enough of Mansory’s cars, even some of their wilder creations like the Mansory Elongation, which treads on the wrong side of tasteful. It stands to reason that a house with the Mansory badge on it will certainly attract clientele with deep pockets and a flair for the extreme.

We’re not sure yet how the Mansory signature aesthetic will translate to real estate housing, but it would be safe to expect plenty of metal, leather, and glass. If Mansory Residences doesn’t also feature the brand’s signature forged carbon fiber panelling as part of its design, we’d definitely be surprised. Residents will enjoy dedicated car elevators, showroom-style parking, and specialized vehicle maintenance services. The tower will also feature over three floors of premium amenities, including infinity pools, wellness areas, sports facilities, an indoor cinema, and exclusive lounges. It may not be a home on Brabus Island, but it’s a start.

This strategic expansion comes at an opportune time for Dubai’s luxury property market. The project capitalizes on Dubai’s status as a global wealth hub, offering both a luxury lifestyle destination and a promising investment opportunity. Mansory is betting that its brand of luxury and attention to detail will potentially set new standards for automotive-inspired residential developments.
