Did you know? Cheval Blanc is making its UAE debut with Cheval Blanc Maison Dubai. It’s almost surprising this moment took so long to arrive. Dubai, the hub of a hedonistic lifestyle and a mecca of magnificence, will now see the Cheval Blanc Maison as the cherry on its gilded cake, with LVMH curating every detail to nothing short of the superlative. Bringing this vision to life is Shamal Holding, the Dubai-based investment firm behind the novel Naïa Island Dubai, an exclusive private estate that will be home to the region’s first Cheval Blanc Maison.

This first-of-its-kind move, set to transform the hospitality sector in the Middle East, will witness a curated selection of 30 suites and 40 private pool villas, reflecting Cheval Blanc’s signature aesthetic. Naïa Island Dubai, located just off Jumeirah’s coastline, will function as a resort masterplan shaped around open green spaces and coastal terrain, reports Gulf News.

The Cheval Blanc Maison will be joined by a string of branded beachfront residences for those who wish to call it home. Estate plots will be available, each with private beach access. Yet, there is no question which address will truly shine amid the island’s omnipresent class and charm. Residents of Naïa Island will also enjoy exceptional amenities, from world-class dining and indulgent spa and wellness offerings to a private marina and more.

Set to open in 2029, the resort will bring the allure of properties in St. Tropez, the Maldives, Seychelles, and St. Barts to the Middle East. LVMH-owned Cheval Blanc Maison, known for its crafted experiences, taps into the pulse of the local and combines it luxuriously with bold design, curated services (including Dior spas and Guerlain treatments), and luxury artistry.

It will elevate Dubai’s island allure to its most refined expression, while redefining the very face of luxury tourism in a way only Cheval Blanc can.
