Damac to launch Akoya in Dubai as Asia’s most luxurious golf community

When it comes to writing about Damac, one of the most prominent developers in Dubai, its only extravagance that comes to mind. Damac has been lately involved in many multi-million projects, such as its partnership with Fendi and Audi, and back in 2006, we also witnessed Damac team up with Ivana Trump for ‘La Residence’ tower. Now, the real estate conglomerate is all set to create a one of its kind luxury township – Akoya that would be known as the most luxurious golf community in Asia! Sprawling over a good 28mn sq.ft, the master development would be located at Umm Sequim Road in Dubai. The establishment would house premium branded mansions, villas, townhouses and apartment units.

It would also have an 18-hole PGA championship golf course at its center with additional amenities as a spa, boutique hotels and even international schools for kids from kindergarten to the secondary level. Like any other township, the development would be built to be self-sufficient, with retail outlets, leisure and entertainment, a sports complex – the entire package. Overall, Akoya would be an establishment that would ooze luxury, starting from its architecture to the facilities provided.
