Swiss watchmaker Roger Dubuis has become the official partner of Al Ain Football Club, the largest and most popular football club in the UAE, and kicked-off the grand alliance with a 50-piece limited edition of the iconic Excalibur Automatic. Called the Excalibur Al Ain FC Edition, the limited edition also marks the 50th anniversary of the football club that is current UAE League champions and former Asian Champions. The Roger Dubuis Excalibur collection is distributed worldwide through an exclusive sales network and boutiques. The boutique-exclusive watch sports the iconic purple color of the club on the dial and on the stitches along with the club logo and the mention “50 years Anniversary” on the sapphire glass caseback of the watch.
The limited edition timepiece comes in a 42mm steel case that houses the in-house caliber RD830. The Excalibur Al Ain FC Edition, with a 48-hour power reserve, is water-resistant to 3 BAR. The timepiece is paired with a black rubber strap with purple stitches and steel folding buckle. The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Al Ain FC Edition is available for pre-order, but the price is yet to be disclosed by the luxury watchmaker.
