Moët & Chandon set to deliver a bottle of bubbly to your doorstep in London

Our ancestors are going to be upset that if nothing else we let lethargy take over our yearning for high spirits. And how. From August 1, until September 1, you can place an order for a chilled delivery of champagne in London. Moët & Chandon launched this one-hour delivery service to make sure no great reveller goes without a drop of bubbly on an impromptu call for celebration. You can order for a 750ml bottle of Moët Ice Impérial or Moët Ice Impérial Rosé, two Moët Ice white acrylic glasses, and ice. The first costs $88 and the second set is for $94.

So whether you have one or not, “ignite spontaneous celebration this summer” as the company wishes and entail this service – like no other service before. You can place a booking online at http://uk.moet.com/. However, be informed that the service is available only to a select list of London postcodes (E1, E14, SE1, W1, SW1, WC2, WC1, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4) – from 12pm to 8pm.

It is unlikely that your forget that the Ice Impérial Rosé NV is the first rosé Champagne “produced with the intention of being served over ice”. It is blended by Moët’s Chef de Cave Benoît Gouez, and comprises a blend of 45 to 55% Pinot Noir, of which 10% is red wine, 35 to 45% of Meunier, of which 10% is red wine, and 5 to 10% Chardonnay. Around 20 to 30% of the blend is made up of selected reserve wines.
