The world is truly becoming a small place, as we have modern Japanese cuisine paired with Chilean Wine at the St. Regis to give you an unforgettable evening of wining and dining.
The highlight of the evening will be the presence of Claudio Contreras, the popular wine ambassador who will take the guests on a special journey of a curated pairing of Japanese food and Chilean wines. The guests can indulge in these wines while they can treat their eyes and taste buds to Kombu Salmon – a delicacy which has Kombu salt pressed salmon, Ume sauce and strawberry, Avacado Tartare, which is crispy carrot chips, corn dashi served on ice.
This event is to be held at the Yukka restaurant, St Regis Hotel Mumbai, Level 37 on Thursday 26th November at 7:00 pm. The cost per head will be approximately INR 6,000 plus taxes.
