Elle unveils its venture into luxury living with Elle Residences in Miami. This chic address will boast outdoor summer kitchens, a private theater, a state-of-the-art gym and spa, and a French Riviera-inspired sundeck.

Can fashion and furnishing come together? Absolutely, as lifestyle brand Elle demonstrates with flair. Elle is diving into the branded residences trend, transforming 80 years of trendsetting fashion and decor into a livable, tangible reality known as Elle Residences. The debut of this residential concept in Miami features fully finished, perfectly furnished, and ready-to-live-in condos. Located at 3618 NE 5th Avenue, the 25-story, 180-unit tower looks like it’s straight out of a magazine!

“Combining the city’s distinctive cultural diversity and dynamism with the brand’s eclectic, spirited ethos and contemporary Parisian allure, Elle Residences Miami will truly be one of a kind,” said Robert Thorne, CEO of Urban Network Capital Group. “We are devoted to bringing entirely new and fresh products to every market we set our sights on, and as Elle’s very first residential development, we are thrilled to introduce this concept not only to Miami but to the world.”

The 80 residences will be delivered turnkey, with interiors by the renowned The One Atelier, mirroring the dazzling design language seen in the pages of Elle Decor. Elle Residences will offer resort-style amenities with homes priced from the $525,000 and floor plans ranging from 450 to 845 square feet, featuring one or two bedrooms. Represented exclusively by Fortune Development Sales, Elle Residences Miami will also include luxurious penthouses.

The tower’s glamour is evident in its two expansive floors dedicated to a high-tech gym, outdoor fitness lawn, and meditation garden. Serenity and relaxation await at the luxurious spa, complete with steam rooms, a sauna, and a cold plunge pool. Friends, family, and neighbors can enjoy an evening outdoors in the gourmet summer kitchen, cozy up by the fire pit, or watch a movie at the outdoor theater surrounded by lush landscaping.
