Cristiano Ronaldo has just expanded his stunning collection of exotic cars with a brand-new Ferrari Purosangue. The Portuguese soccer star took to Instagram to introduce the Italian high-riding sports car to his 617 million followers on the social media platform. Dressed in a Gucci tracksuit, Ronaldo can be seen standing next to his deep blue Purosangue in the photo he shared on Instagram. The V12-powered four-door Ferrari has a starting price of around $400,000; however, the final price can easily cross the half-a-million-dollar mark with even the most basic things on the options list.
Despite its steep pricing, the Purosangue is far from being the most expensive vehicle in Ronaldo’s extensive car collection. The most expensive car owned by the 38-year-old is a limited edition Bugatti hypercar. Called the Centodieci, the stunning Chiron-based hypercar is limited to only ten examples, each priced at a whopping $8.88 million. Ronaldo has been quite vocal about his love for the French manufacturer and has repeatedly admitted it to be his favorite automaker. In addition to the Centodieci, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s collection also includes a regular Chiron, which he purchased in 2017, and a Veyron 16.4 Grand Sports.
Ronaldo is well-known for his love for ultra-luxurious and rare automobiles, and his collection is believed to be worth more than $22 million. It includes a Mercedes G-Wagon Brabus worth more than $760,000, which was gifted to him by his girlfriend, and a matt-black Lamborghini Aventador. He also owns a Ferrari F12 TDF and added a Rolls-Royce Cullinan to his collection back in 2020. The $45,000 Chevrolet Camaro might be the most affordable car owned by Ronaldo, whose current net worth is believed to be around $500 million.
Ferrari Purosangue
Purosangue is the first-ever four-door production vehicle by Ferrari, which gets four seats inside the cabin and an SUV-like tall riding stance. Meant to compete against the likes of the Porsche Cayenne, the Lamborghini Urus, and Aston Martin’s DBX, the Purosangue is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 capable of churning out 715hp. According to Ferrari, it can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 192.6mph.
