Despite his strong demeanor, Dwayne‘ The Rock’ Johnson is quite a softy when it comes to family. And in exhibiting so, the celebrity recently brought his mom, Ata Johnson, a brand new home worth millions ( if we can guess from the looks of it).
Bringing tears to Ata’s eyes, Dwayne also posted a video of his new purchase on Instagram for fans to see. Commenting on it, he wrote: “When I was a little boy, I hated when my mom would cry. These days, I’ll happily take her tears of joy.”
He further added, “I’ve been lucky enough to have bought her a few homes over the years, but this one is special as she’s told me over and over these past few years, ‘After a lifetime of traveling, I want this home to be my last. That’s my dream,'”
The caption went on to read, “I always say, if you got a good mom, then you got a shot at becoming a good, caring human being. Let’s all give our mamas a big grateful squeeze this weekend and make ’em happy…Enjoy your new home, mom!! Break out the ukulele, and let’s [dance].”
In the now-viral video, Ata, who is 73, can be seen standing outside the home, which has a large black door in front. She is then serenaded inside and looks stunned while moving around the rooms with her mouth covered in surprise.
