Louis Vuitton has embarked on a second project with Brit artist duo Jake & Dinos Chapman. The brand has commissioned the artists to create a collection of luggage, small leather goods, clothing, and accessories for Spring 2017. The collection features wildlife illustrations that have been described as “oneiric” (suggesting that they have something to do with dreams) but to us, they are delightfully dark and creative; like the Tim Burton version of wildlife.
The wildlife motifs can be found on luggage like these clear trunk style bags.
The collection uses illustrations of zebras, giraffes and elephants, but the classic monogram is alsoa big part of the collection.
The dark messenger bag, tote bag and backpack are part of a limited edition three piece runway luggage collection.
This mini collection has been launched and the items are available for purchase at LV stores worldwide.
