Jacob & Co. turned its $360,000 Astronomia Fleurs de Jardin into six palatial Dubai mansions, and rich buyers snapped every one of the $13.6 million residence before launch, securing floral façades, 5,800-square-foot basements and access to an exclusive private spa

The ultra-exclusive Fleurs de Jardin Mansions, created by Jacob & Co. in partnership with AMIS Development, have given Dubai “a garden in the heart of the city.” However, every mansion in this garden has already been claimed (read:reserved). AMIS Development announced that, even before the trumpets could sound for the official launch, all six Fleurs de Jardin mansions in Meydan District 11 had been reserved. Total sales exceeded $80 million, with each mansion costing approximately $13.6 million. It is a feat worth making headlines, as the sold-out banner went up less than a month after the landmark development broke ground in June.

Dubbed the crown jewels of Fleurs de Jardin, the signature mansions sit on plots exceeding 9,100 sq ft and span more than 17,000 sq ft across four levels. Each comes with a sprawling basement of over 5,800 sq ft, housing a private cinema, golf simulator, fitness studio and secure parking with direct access to the residence. The floor plans also reveal two master suites, a concealed back kitchen, a separate service elevator, a sauna, nanny accommodation and enough parking for potentially six cars.

Although these six homes are no longer available, 19 five-bedroom villas are still being marketed. Smaller, though hardly small, the approximately $7 million villas start at 9,636 sq ft and come with a private pool, show and service kitchens, a basement recreation room, a private elevator and dedicated staff accommodation.

The mansions take their name and visual identity from Jacob Arabo’s Astronomia Fleurs de Jardin, a $360,000 high-complication watch introduced in 2019. Its mother-of-pearl platform carries rotating gemstone flowers, while the tallest central stone receives Jacob & Co.’s patented 288-facet Jacob Cut. Only 101 examples of the Rainbow edition were created (one adorns the wrist of Indian billionaire Nita Ambani); the residences are even rarer, with just six mansions.

From curved façades and ornamental floral screens to colored reflections, planted rooflines, abundant flowers and a central lagoon, the architecture translates the watch’s visual language to a residential scale. Like the time-telling masterpiece that inspired it, the development is conceived as something that “moves with intention.” Mansion owners also receive exclusive access to a 2,000-sq-ft spa and wellness center. Neeraj Mishra, founder and CEO of AMIS Development, said, “This milestone is about far more than the sale of six exceptional residences. It reflects the confidence that today’s global luxury buyers continue to place their trust in Dubai and in developers like us, who consistently deliver on our commitments.”

The rapid sell-out also comes as Jacob & Co. expands its presence beyond watches. Its growing portfolio includes Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences in Dubai’s Business Bay, Aureum Estate in Dubai, the $1.3 billion Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana in Al Jurf between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the ₹2,100 crore M3M Jacob & Co. Residences in Noida, the brand’s first residential venture in India.
