Martha Stewart selling her farm for $9 million

Are you in interested in buying a lifestyle property……Martha Stewart is unloading an exclusive property. Lifestyle queen Martha Stewart, 64, is selling the Turkey Hill, Connecticut estate she has called home for over 30 years. The TV star admits she rarely spends time there, so she has placed the property on the market for $9 million. Planning to maintain 153-acre Katonah, N.Y. as her main residence, it is in this abode that she has served five and a half months under house arrest after leaving prison in 2004. The farmhouse which contains three bedrooms, a “party barn,” a heated pool, and an orchard, was built in 1805, and Stewart and her then-husband, publisher Andy Stewart, bought it in 1971.

Along with her extensive “Turkey Hill” farm in Westport, Conn., Stewart’s other properties included a farm in upstate Bedford, N.Y., the former Edsel Ford estate in Seal Harbor, Maine, a Fifth Avenue pied-a-terre, and a summer home on Lily Pond Lane in East Hampton.
