Damac’s first golf condominiums overlooking Trump International Golf Club announced in Dubai


Damac Properties have recently released its first golf condominiums in Dubai, which is a part of its Akoya project. The construction would also include the Trump International Golf Club. The residences built on the property is the first in Asia constructed by US businessman Donald Trump’s Trump International. The rooms have been constructed in a manner that they provide unobstructed as well as clear views of the golf course. They have been designed to be categorized into regions as Golf Panorama, Golf Horizon, Golf Vista, Golf Terrace and Golf Veduta, to obtain closer views, overlooking the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth holes.

Damac is looking forward to acquiring international buyers for its construction, those looking to invest in properties available in Dubai. Prices for the residences start from AED900,000 ($245,000) for a studio, with one, two, three, and four bedrooms also available.

The Akoya by Damac is known to be the largest development to date, spanning over a lavish 28m sq. ft.
