Each afternoon from Wednesday through Sunday until September 30, the ice cream truck will be your go-to place for some sweet indulgences especially Chef Carlin’s signature creation: an ice cream wafer with specially created toppings. The chic ice cream truck will be parked up pride-of-place outside the hotel entrance to satiate the appetites of locals and travelers alike. You can revel in the glorious flavors like vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut praline, salted caramel, apricot, lemon, raspberry, accompanied by gourmet toppings almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and more served in a gorgeous 1960’s vintage Type H Citroën, has been revamped in the Crillon colors. For ice-cream lovers, this is a dream come true in the most idyllic locations where limited-edition scoops, like mango, banana, passion fruit, along with the creative streak of Chef Carlin will be made available.
