The worlds most expensive crib is made of pure gold and costs $12 million

Suommo seems to have done a gilded one up on its egg-shaped Dodo. I’m talking about their baby bassinet. If the last one embodied a motherly lap, this one also embodies limited-edition luxury. Created by Baby Suommo from Spain in 24-carat solid gold, it is, without doubt, not just the most expensive crib but also their boldest piece of jewelry.

So, after the worlds most expensive pacifier that charmed baby-land comes this glamorous cross between a majestic sculpture and a crib. Kitted with gold yarn changing mat and silk bedding, its gleaming highlight remains the custom wheels and insignia, both of which can be created in diamond. Still, that doesn’t explain its incredible pricing.

Even if all of its 48 kg were attributed to solid gold, its price wouldn’t cross $2.6 million. Throw in a few diamonds and voila! Dodo Bassinet Solid Gold goes for a couple of more millions. Then what could possibly explain its price tag of a whopping $12 million? The mere thought leaves one big question to the imagination
