Exclusive Heart Beat Manufacture wristwatch by Frédérique Constant


In step with the eternally escalating demand for its watches, Frédérique Constant has expanded its production capacity. In 2006, the company aims to produce and sell over 55,000 pieces. Keeping pace with its slogan ‘Live your passion’, Frédérique Constant will continue with its passionate development and production of exciting new collections. The new manufacture officially opened on June 22 with a lavish party attended by 250 guests, including the President of the Conseil d’Etat de Genève, Monsieur Pierre-François Unger, and numerous other representatives from the political and economic world in Switzerland and Genève/Plan-les-Ouates in particular. To commemorate the official inauguration, Frédérique Constant is presenting a new limited edition of its classic Heart Beat Manufacture wristwatch. The movement of this flagship model is visible through the dial. Developed around an automatic ETA movement, it reveals the balance set with beautifully cut rubies.

Technical features include mechanical movement with Calibre FC-910, KIF Reglage, Coq at dial side, the skeleton at 6 o’clock, diameter 30.50 (30 ¼ ), 28.800 Bph, 17 rubies, KIF anti-shock system, Glyder balance, Nivarox No. 1 balance-spring. Cased in white gold with a glare-proof convex sapphire front glass, it has a power reserve 46 hours and is water-resistant up to 3 atm. Arabic numerals and black stainless steel hands mark the time. With a genuine alligator leather strap that has a waterproof lining on the backside, this classic timepiece costs $8,605 (Euro 6,800).
