Exploring underwater treasures from Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa Rangali Island

I love the ocean and a seaside set up. But you can now go a notch higher and spend a luxury holiday underwater too, inside the world’s first undersea restaurant in the Maldives Resort. Started around five years ago, the Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa Rangali Island, offers sleeping accommodation too for its anniversary celebrations. The 12-seat restaurant would be converted into a private bedroom suite for two, along with champagne, dinner and breakfast all while in bed.

The restaurant Ithaa is located five meters under the Indian Ocean bed and is enclosed inside plexiglass. The eatery offers spectacular sights and ‘fusion Maldivian cuisine’.
