Review: Experiencing The Runway Project’s Christmas delicacies

One of the best things about Christmas are the delectable Christmas menus that eateries curate. We were in for a treat when we tried the one curated by The Runway Project. One look of it and we were convinced that here glamour never takes a day off! Picture a sassy window display that beautifully exhibits handcrafted Christmas trees made up of delicately placed glasses filled with red baubles.

The experiential menu comprised of authentic Italian cuisine like siders, pastas, risottos, pizzas which were both bold and satisfying without being too heavy. We started off with some fantastically refreshing mocktails like Bubbly good (a fizzy apple spritzer) and kill the chill with the Cocoa Chanel (a classic hot chocolate drink). Both extremely refreshing and potent. Our Siders included the Timeless Classic (a tasty and rich lamb lasagna with the goodness of roasted tomato sauce) and mozzarella which dials up its richness. We love Lubalin which is a deliciousness of chicken, spinach, apricot, pistachio, fig compote, roasted potato and mushroom and we cherished every bite of it. We were blown away with the Decadence Risotto combined with shrimp which was the star of the show with lemon zest. For pizzas, we opted for the signature Capsule collection pizza. Smoked Norwegian salmon fits perfectly on the crispy pizza crust with sweet potato, white cheddar and green onions gives you a sweet taste of glory. A real success, we admit.

Our thrilling dessert experience included the Line which was truly the festive menu’s crowning glory (black forest cherry) and the enticing Centrefold which was a bitter chocolate tart was positively luscious! With the special festive menu at The Runway Project you surely have a slew of delicious meals at your disposal. We loved how the menu brings strength, intensity and details to every dish!
