After basking in Bastian’s glory, it’s time for Mumbai to Binge! Palate-pleasing tapas food and Latina cocktails have made their way to bustling Khar

After Bastian has serenaded Mumbai’s taste buds, it is time for the mothership to welcome its delightful counterpart packed with palate-pleasing tapas food and Latina cocktails. Make way for ‘Binge,’ Chef Victor Manuel Murguia Mancilla & Chef Darius Madon’s ‘fun-dining’ eatery. It is clearly named after what will keep patrons busy doing at the Khar venue- bingeing on fresh ingredients, South American spices, and tacos of all kinds. “We’ve drawn from the philosophy and designed Binge as an extension of the Bastian experience, with a whole new range of desserts, cocktails, and savory dishes that have rarely been explored in Mumbai. Our refreshing take on modern world cuisine, indulgent desserts, coupled with our signature cocktails, are sure to have patrons wanting more, “ said Kunal Jani, Spokesperson of Bastian Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

The Binge menu brings culinary delights like Chicken Karaage, tiraditos croquettes with edamame truffle or Serrano ham, or scrumptious salmon rolls. Fish or meat lovers, one can’t do without ordering some tacos that have already become the talk of the town. At Binge, one can be prepared for the culinary world to blow your mind as the menu includes hearty meals like crab ceviche, guerrero prawn cocktail, and more. All this food could slow one down, but Binge’s well-stocked bar will keep spirits high. Mixologist John Leese & All India Bar Wars Champion Krishna Murthy gets Latin-inspired cocktails packed with a real punch. The drinks are a mélange of indulgent flavors or light and fruity or even spicy.

Emulating its mothership Bastian is the menu of Binge with decadent desserts. Mouth-watering crème brûlée, gives a tough fight to stuffed donuts and tres leches. The space was designed by Minal Chopra, who also lent Bastian its mesmerizing interiors. She effectively recreated a Latin American home in the heart of the city with details like a vertical herb garden and gentle lighting filled with hues of ecru, cream, and beige lined with verdure and cacti. The newly launched Binge has opened its doors at Khar and will make even the most meticulous and hard-to-please persons, binge!
