Starting November 22- November 24, 2019, Chef Ali El Bourji, of Ayamna at Atlantis, The Palm Dubai is collaborating with Souk’s own Chef Simoun Chakour on a special Middle Eastern showcase. Chef Ali is known for his innovative cuisine that pays homage to the tastes, flavours, and traditions of Lebanon. Chef Simoun who is also a Lebanese master chef who is known for stirring up some Lebanese magic in his dishes making Souk a hot-favourite that it is today. Imagine the flavour bonanza these two greats will create together with their elaborate Levantine menu combined with splendid views of the Arabian Sea.

So do you salivating souls want to know what is in store? A motley of dishes including traditional mezze, flavour-packed, appetizers, soups, Lebanese mixed grills, and classic Lebanese desserts will leave you wanting more.
