Louis Vuitton’s first Batch of La Belle Jardiniere Honey up for grabs

Louis Vuitton’s love for honey is not new; they have experimented with installations around the sweet nectar before too. But this time around, they aren’t placing inanimate art but are planning to see the real thing! After putting up three beehives at its headquarters at Champs-Élysées, Paris in 2009, the luxury fashion brand is all set to sell the cultured honey now. After three years, the brand has finally managed to harvest its first batch which is now up for grabs. Tagged as La Belle Jardiniere the bottom label reads “Produit a Paris par Louis Vuitton” (French for “Produced in Paris by Louis Vuitton). You need to know this because the LV symbols on the sides are too subtle to be recognized. So next time you need to shop for groceries, make sure that you take a good look at all the honey jars!
