Parmigiani Tonda Retrograde Annual Calendar unveiled

Parmigiani Fleurier has announced a new Tonda Retrograde Annual Calendar developed to celebrate their 17th movement, which is developed in-house. A very suave set of timepieces with a case of 18kt rose or white gold and an AR-coated sapphire crystal with a sapphire display back. If you like flashy, then the yellow silvered graining dial will add to your ensemble. If not, go with the elegant black barley grain with Opaline outer, spindle-shaped applique indices, and delta-shaped hands with luminous coating. The strap is Hermes alligator, and the 18kt gold buckle adds to its opulence.

The wristwatch is water-resistant up to 30 meters, and the measurements of the chic case are 40mm x 11.2mm. It comes with the Retrograde Annual Calendar, obviously one correction per year in February, except for leap years. For precision, the movement is the Swiss automatic Parmigiani in-house caliber PF 339.
Besides the usual expected functions of hour, minute, seconds, date, day and month, it also has a Precision moon phase that needs one correction every 120 years. Pretty neat and dandy isn’t it.
