Mum gifts her two-year old daughter a taste of ‘the good life’ with a $200,000 wardrobe

There’s no love greater than a mother’s love, there is also no greater indulgence for a mum than providing the best for her little tot. So while some might roll their eyes in disapproval, I (first-time mum here!) couldn’t help but smile when I heard of the mum who presented her two-year-old a $200,000 wardrobe!

Outrageous, you say? It gets better. Mummy dearest also threw a fashion-themed birthday party in a rented hotel foyer – complete with a runway for the tot to showcase her new wardrobe to friends, in Taiyuan, Shanxi province in China. The mother spent over 1 million yuan ($157,000) on the outfits. The doting, obviously-very-rich mother justified her purchase by saying she wants her daughter to experience the finer things in life. “We have no financial issues, so I just want my daughter to have a better life,” she was quoted saying. That, my folks is how the other half live.
