During our days, the movies released and then came the merchandise. I still remember how kids went psychotic with samba and Lion King and the boar and the rest. Also, Little Mermaid and Solomon the crab. Children are such important entities these days, so hard to please. So things have to be done with care and planning. Finding Dory hits theatres this June and so the movie makers are flexing their muscles getting ready to celebrate. Firs off is a Finding Dory- inspired Beachwear Collection. Designed by Trina Turk, this is the first designer beachwear collection for Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media.
The collection, which will be launched later this month, consists of a Trina Turk one-piece swimsuit, a bandeau bikini, Mr. Turk swim shorts and a tote bag and prices will range between $48 and $228. It will be available at Trina Turk boutiques, on TrinaTurk.com and DisneyStore.com, as well as at Dillard’s, Macy’s, Lord & Taylor and specialty boutiques. Disney is not new to collaborations, and it this is not going to be the last. So sit back and enjoy these little treats and surprises, you never know what will be coming up next.
