Dubai crown prince G-Wagen

No one will ever expect a gas-guzzling Mercedes-AMG G 63 with its massive V8 to preserve mother nature and be friendly to the environment in any which way. Even the idea of the butch SUV gives nightmares to environmental conservationists. And here’s a story of a G 63 that helped a prince do something that’ll put an ear-to-ear smile on every animal lover’s face. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, is a known nature lover and he often uses social media to share heartwarming pictures of himself with different animals. But his latest video shared through Instagram stories is truly special, showing a tiny bird nesting on his Mercedes-AMG G63 SUV parked within his residence in Dubai.

The avid nature lover discovered that his black Mercedes-AMG G 63 parked in the shade outside had become home to a pigeon that had built a nest on the hood. While the rest of us might scamper to shoo off the bird, but the prince instead had the SUV cordoned with red and white tapes to protect the bird and its nest. He also informed all personnel to stay away from the area and not to disturb the bird. The Crown Prince shot the video from some distance and zoomed in on the car to show the little bird perched on the bonnet of the SUV. It might be a while before he can use the G 63 again; but till then, the pigeon can enjoy its $150,000 nest.
