A shopping center in Shenyang, capital of northeast China’s Liaoning Province has put a stunning and sparkling work of art. A gem-studded painting Mona Lisa created with 100,000 carats of gem stones. With that many gems, the value of this painting is certainly going to set the record of the most expensive artwork. Five years in the making the art work is truly commendable.
