The worlds of high end cars and luxury yachts have a lot in common; more often than not, they both attract the same clientele. So, it doesn’t come as a surprise when top players from both the markets collaborate from time to time to bring the best of both worlds. Yesterday, we reported that Bentley has launched a new special edition Continental GT that is inspired by the finest luxury yachts. And today we have the world’s leading yachting company, Faser Yachts, announce partnership with Porsche. To mark its 70th anniversary, Fraser Yachts has joined forces with Porsche to offer their clients an exceptional experience both on dry land and when out on the water.
As part of the partnership, Porsche will offer its newly launched ‘Porsche Ultimate’ service to Fraser’s clients during both the Monaco Yacht Show and Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The service enables clients in the South of France to rent a brand-new luxury Porsche which will be delivered to them wherever they are along the Cote d’Azur. Porsche will also provide a number of “ultimate” experiences including driving on the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack or the adrenaline-inducing thrill of driving a Porsche 918 Spyder on the world-famous Circuit Paul Ricard with official Porsche race drivers. “A Porsche is more than just a vehicle,” said Raphael Sauleau, Fraser’s CEO. “It is an expression of freedom and a unique attitude to life, just like a yacht is more than just a boat.” He adds that the “incredible driving experiences contribute to the lifestyle offering that we provide to our clients both in Europe and later this year in America.”
