Once you settle down to dine, you can indulge in tasting the Private Collection Caviars including Kaluga, Beluga and the King of Caviars “Almas.” A Caviar Cognoscenti (caviar expert) from Gourmet House will guide you through the textures and engineering of these exotic bites.
