Globe-Trotter unveils limited edition Candy colored luggage for the holiday season

After giving us the Goring Hotel collection and the limited edition “White” Series, Globe-Trotter unveiled an updated Candy line for this Christmas. Containing a quirky, ‘Queue for the Zoo’ lining, the cases come with a hidden surprise alongside the iconic Globe-Trotter elephant. Besides the unofficial mammoth mascot of the brand, the fun, fashionable Liberty print lining features tons of etchings of creatures and tones of pink and purple. So while the elephant emblemizes the one-ton weight-bearing strength of the company’s luggage, the happy interiors and exteriors highlight the cheer evoking quality of the festive collection.

Coinciding with the London Fashion Week, the limited edition range launched Friday the 13th, this September. From its hot pink vulcanized fiberboard, with an elegant burgundy leather trim to the chrome hardware finish, The Candy Limited Edition has been handcrafted at the Globe-Trotter factory in Hertfordshire, England. It is available across all sizes, from the lunchbox sized 9” Mini Utility, $700, to the 21” Trolley Case, $1,660 and 30” Suitcase with Wheels, $2,000, as well as a check-in sized, whopping 33” Extra Deep Suitcase with Wheels, $2,150 at the Globe-Trotter Burlington Arcade flagship store, as well as via mail order. A 13″ vivacious Vanity Case for $790 also includes a removable tray and detachable leather framed mirror. Come October; the collection will be obtainable at other worldwide retailers. Now, if only Santa would swoop in early with some of this stunning travel ware for the holiday season. Here’s to ho ho ho-ping!
