Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in Asia, recently welcomed the newest member to join the family; his fourth grandchild. The Indian billionaire’s son Akash Ambani and daughter-in-law Shloka Mehta were blessed with a baby girl last week, just a month after the pregnancy was officially announced. While the baby’s name is yet to be revealed, we got the first glimpse of the newborn when the entire Ambani family descended upon Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre – a hospital in Mumbai, India which is owned by the Ambani family – to take her home. The members of the Ambani family were spotted leaving the hospital in a massive convoy of uber-luxurious vehicle which is estimated to be worth more than $6.5 million.
As you can see in the video, the seemingly-endless convoy of cars exiting the hospital includes some of the most expensive sedans and SUVs. At least 20 vehicles can be spotted in the Ambani family convoy, which mostly consists of SUVs used by the security detail protecting the family. Being the richest person in India, Mukesh Ambani and his family have been assigned the highest Z-plus security protection by the Indian authorities.
The security cover consists of 55 personnel, including more than 10 NSG commandos and police officers. Interestingly, the security personnel protecting the richest family in Asia have been provided with 5 Mercedes-AMG G63s, a bunch of Range Rover SUVs, and a Mercedes V-Class van to travel along in the convoy.
Mukesh Ambani can be seen sitting on the front seat of a Mercedes-Benz S600 Guard in the video. The bulletproof Mercedes luxury limo offers VR10-level ballistic protection and is worth $1.2 million in India. Akash Ambani can be spotted traveling in a blue-colored Lamborghini Urus along with his wife and mother, who can be spotted carrying the newborn.
A Rolls-Royce Cullinan can also be seen leaving the hospital along with the convoy in the video which ends with one of the five white Mercedes-AMG G63 used by the security guards. The Ambani family is known for its love of exotic cars. Their $2 billion house in Mumbai has a 168-car garage, which is home to some of the most expensive cars in India.
